The following contract is between YOU (the client) and US (12 knots Jewelry). All the operations and transactions are exclusively for the parts involved in the commercial activities.
In order to buy a product from our shop online, you are required to own your personal credit/debit card accepted by us. In case you are under the age of 18 years, you must have an explicit permission from your parents or tutors.
We are entitle to denied any purchase or transaction if the trade operations are not under our safe commercial criteria or if the trade operations represent a risk for our company.

The wooden box is made by recycled materials: it is foldable and easy to transport and to put away due to the light weight of the packaging.
The display has standard measurements. It can be placed in a conventional bookcase.
- Our handcraft production warrant the quality in our products. Gold, silver .925, gold plated, real gems/stones and fine fabrics are the materials we use to elaborate our designs in our collections. The color of the metals can change gradually due the use or oxidation.
- Using perfumes, body lotions and chemicals direct on the pieces can damage your jewelry. These products may have corrosive ingredients; avoid the contact of this products with your jewelry.
Protect your jewelry in a bag to prevent scratches. Avoid to wear your jewelry for inappropriate activities like cleaning, sporting, gardening or for heavy works.
We supervise carefully each piece produced in our workshop our commercial office in Holland. The materials we use such as: bronze, silver, gold, stone, gems, clasps, hooks, cords, and all other components then we integrate, are to make a resistant and timeless piece.!
When we sent you the product, you will receive it with a CERTIFICATE which proof the authenticity of your jewelry.
1 month WARRANTY!
We offer 30 days warrantee for our clients when the product has a defect from the origin.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the jewelry, you can: return the product; exchange it or replaced it within the next 7 working days after receiving the product. Please check our RETURN POLICY when you proceed to return a product. !

If you want to replace your cord once the thread is worn down, you can order a new cord. Please contact us, you will receive your new cord with the instructions to assemble it.
Once your order is registered in our database, we will confirm the purchase with all specifications via an e-mail within the next 48 hours. If you do not get any announcement of your purchase during the next 48 hours, please contact us.
All our designs are created and are finished with a crafted process in our workshop in Spain, Mexico and The Nederlands. Because the exclusivity of our pieces, we have a production time than requires an average of 20 working days after receiving your order.
- We produce under request. All orders are subject to acceptance, production time and materials availability.

When you place an order in our site, you should provide us with the address of a house or an office. Please note we do not deliver the products to P.O. boxes.
We consider officially the delivery address the one you submitted in the purchase form. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
Orders are send from our commercial office in the Netherlands using.… We offer worldwide delivery service. Shipping costs will be added to your order and will be displayed at checkout. The products are insured from the origin to destiny.!

Once the order confirmation has been send and the product is out of our commercial office, the delivering process it has to be completed.
If you want to cancel the purchase, you must wait until the merchandise arrives in the address you provided us and start with the return process within the next 7 working days after you receive the product. Please check our RETURN POLICY before you proceed with the return of the product/s.
The courier company will ask for a signature when delivering the merchandise. If you can not be present for receiving the parcel, a note will be delivered in your address with further details related to the status of your parcel.
Please consider we do not reimburse shipping and return costs. The client has responsibility to pay the return shipment in case you want to send back the product.
Once we received the product in our commercial offices, we will proceed to refund the amount we charge for the transaction in case the product fulfill our RETURN POLICY.

All items are precisely check and are well protected before we send them to our clients. Please be aware that we include an attached tag to the product. That tag is a proof that the product is new and authentic.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the jewelry, you can: return the product; exchange it or replaced it within the next 7 working days after receiving the product.
If you want to cancel the purchase, you must wait until the merchandise arrives in the address you provided us and start with the return process within the next 7 working days after you receive the product.
If you want to return the product and the tag attached is removed, we will consider the product as a used and therefore we will not make the monetary refund for that product.
Codes, tags, bags has to be return exactly the way has been send from our commercial office. All elements of the packaging are consider part of the product.
Please be aware we don't take responsibility if the return product is lost or damaged on transit or when the product is exposed to random events (disasters). We advice you to use a reliable courier service that insures the merchandise and provides you with a proof of shipping.
If you decide to exchange one product for another, is possible if the product keeps the label attached. The charge for the return should be cover by you. Please consider that if you want to change your product to a new product, the delivery time will be the same established in our PRODUCTION TIME.
When you decide to return the product, you must login in to your account and check the following procedure:
- Download the RETURN LABEL from the website.
- Print the RETURN LABEL and fill in the required fields described in there.
- Be sure the RETURN LABEL is included in the package.
- You must pack the parcel with all elements received: codes, tags, bags, etc. are considered part of the product and must be returned the same way we send from our commercial office in The Netherlands.
- It is important to protect the merchandise to avoid damage in the transit. Please re-use the protection included in the box,
- Be sure the package it is properly closed.
- When the parcel is ready to send and ready to collect, you must be sure that the package has the right address
Please note the importance of returning the package within the next 7 working days after receiving the product to avoid the cancellation of the refund.
When the package arrives in our address, you will receive the status of your returned product via e-mail.
